Review: Z – Splitter by Ghost Drops
Ghost Drops has finally arrived to the legal cannabis market in Ontario and along with all the hype comes a hefty price tag for the half-quarter. Ghost Drops came to market in January 2022 with Z-Splitter and First Class Funk in 3.5g formats with Khalifa Mints dropping in early spring in a 0.5g Pre Roll.
Z-Splitter has a lineage of Azkittlez + Atom Splitter, giving it a very light, tropical aroma of fruit and candy. Upon opening the fluorescent pink jar, the Terp profile immediately hits you and the aromas are true to their description with a hint of soap behind it all. The scent is not as strong as the First Class Funk strain but Z – Splitter definitely stands out on its own. The buds are dense, powdered and filled with an array of golden pistils and the package also came with a Bovida pack.
Broken up, it looks great and smells better. The product is not dry by any means, especially since the package date of my purchase was from January 12 2022. It burns with a very white ash, great flavour, especially on the candy side as the Skittlez strain really shins. All around without being too harsh. Brought on a lazy, mild high that didn’t linger towards the end which was a nice surprise.
An all around great product that does the job albeit at a high price point.
