Upon arrival at our dispensary in Toronto call 416-781-3128 with your order id to confirm. Age gate through glass and allow a staff member to safely place your order at the door.

All cannabis delivery orders must be accepted upon delivery. Orders will not be left at a door or with a concierge of a condo.
Upon arrival, Minerva Cannabis delivery drivers will require the purchasing persons ID and credit card for verification. Once done so, you will be handed your cannabis order.
Do I need to provide identification at your dispensary?
Yes, just like alcohol and tobacco sales, all persons entering the retail cannabis store are required to provide identification for the sake of age verification.
Do you accept cash at your dispensary?
Yes, Canadian currency is accepted at Minerva dispensary. Our Dispensary will also accept USD and the Euro at a dollar-for-dollar exchange.
Can I make changes to an online weed order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once a weed order has been placed online it cannot be changed.
You will have the option to cancel and replace the order.
What if I can't pick up my cannabis order right away?
As a customer, you have the ability to set your pickup time whether it be right away or a later time or date. Only paid cannabis orders will have items reserved.
Feel free to call us directly if you don’t think you will be able to pick up your order.
Can I return cannabis products to your dispensary?
Cannabis products can be returned to Minerva Cannabis dispensary if the excise stamp has not been broken and the unit is resellable.
Alternatively, you can return cannabis products directly to the producer by contacting them using the information provided on the product.
What safety protocols are in place at your dispensary?
We will continue to follow all appropriate safety measures as outlined by the provincial and federal government.
How much weed product can I purchase at one time?
As per the possession laws set out in the Cannabis Act, a guest may purchase the equivalent to 30 grams of dried cannabis flower in one transaction.
